After finishing his playing career, he started as a scout at FC Wacker Innsbruck, and then gained experience in marketing and management also. In 2014, he moved to one of Austria's most successful clubs, Rapid Wien, where he started as a scout and became head of scouting after three years. Her tasks include organising the entire department, preparing and planning meetings, player scouting, implementing and developing player scouting strategies, strategic planning of scouting, creating potential player lists, contacting, supporting the sports directors and much more.
